Refund Policy - the basics

At BOXLAB WORKOUT, we are committed to providing the highest quality services and ensuring our members achieve their fitness goals. Please review our No-Refund Policy below:

1. Membership Fees

  • All membership fees are non-refundable, including those for monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.

2. Class Bookings

  • Payments for individual classes or group sessions are non-refundable, regardless of attendance.

  • If you are unable to attend a class, rescheduling may be possible if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

3. Personal Training Packages

  • Personal training sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the package’s validity period.

  • Rescheduling sessions requires 48 hours’ notice, and unused sessions cannot be carried over beyond their expiration date.

4. Special Events and Workshops

  • Fees for workshops, events, or challenges are non-refundable.

5. Membership Freezes and Transfers

  • Memberships are non-refundable but may be temporarily frozen or transferred to another individual under specific conditions, subject to management approval.

6. General Terms

  • By purchasing a membership, package, or class, you agree to these terms and understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
